G-1 thru G-4 Represents International Organizations Only in International Organization
G-5 Personal Employee of G-1, G-2, G-3 or G-4 Not Allowed
H-1A Registered Nurse Only by Petitioner
H-1B Temporary Worker in Specialty Occupation Only by Petitioner
H-2A Agricultural Worker Only by Petitioner
H-2B Skilled or unskilled Worker Only by Petitioner
H-3 Trainee Only by Petitioner
H-4 Dependent of H visa holder Not Allowed
I Represents Division of Foreign Information Media Only by sponsoring News Agency
J-1 Exchange Visitor Not Allowed
J-1 Au Pair Only with host family

P-1 Internationally Recognized Athlete, Entertainment Group or essential support personnel Only with Petitioner
P-2 Artist or Entertainer Only with Petitioner
P-3 Artist or Entertainer in Culturally Unique Program Only with Petitioner
P-4 Dependents or P Visa Holders Not Allowed
P-4 Participants in an International Cultural Exchange Program Only with Petitioner
R-1 Religious Worker Only with Petitioner
R-2 Dependent of R Visa Holder Not Allowed
S Informants.
(Individual who the Attorney General determines to be in possession of critical, reliable information concerning a criminal organization or enterprise; whose presence in the U.S. is essential to the success of an authorized criminal investigation and who is willing to supply information.)
